on one hand we dont have a finished product yet, so what is it we are trying to value?
On the other these costs are just numbers - fiction. The real expensive stuff is rebuilding the world trade center, and the economy after most of the travel industry got wacked.
I dont like war, but I am happy to have it happening in anothe rcountry and not ours. just my 2 centavos.
